Buyer

Colin is the least professional person I have ever come across. Not only is he disrespectful to others in the industry, but also to women and has a known reputation across the North Shore of being a embarrassment to the realtor profession.

His language is offensive, he is unpredictable, dishonest and incredibly difficult to reach. Negotiating with him is impossible and I am surprised Dreamtown allows his behavior. He is a terrible representation of their brand.

Properties / flips he represents are poorly constructed; forget any attention to detail.
